Shipping Policy

• In the case of current subscribers, letters will be mailed on or before 5th of every month.
•  If you have signed up after the 5th of a month, letters will be mailed out within 3-5 business days after subscribing. 

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once the payment is done you can’t cancel the order.

Return Policy

Please note that our letters can’t be returned.

Refund Policy

We send letters via normal mail (India post) and sometimes they might get lost in transit. Usually, we resend the letters in such cases. If the third consecutive letter also gets lost then we will refund your money(since it is something to do with your local post office).
