Letters will be mailed on or before 5th of every month. This means, depending on your location, you may expect your letter in the mailbox before the end of the month. 

 If you have signed up after the 5th, letters will be mailed out within 5 business days after subscribing. Please give the postal service 2 weeks to deliver. 

An ordinary post in India takes about 10 to 15 days to reach the destination. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and unfortunately, sometimes letters do get lost in transit. Considering the nature of “snail mail” and pandemic situation, please allow up to 21 days from your subscribing date to receive your letter. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please send a mail at lftu.info@gmail.com or drop a message on our Instagram handle @lettersfrom_theuniverse. We will be happy to send out another letter free of charge.

Please send a mail to  lftu.info@gmail.com mentioning the new address in case of an address change.

No, we recommend only one letter per address as each month we will be creating only one letter featuring a particular species.
